Shipping Policy
At Synthesis Peptides, we are committed to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same day. We use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery, selecting the best carrier for your location. Orders are typically packed and handed off to the selected carrier within 36 hours of an order being placed.
Please note: once a package is turned over to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates are out of our control. While we fulfill orders promptly, the responsibility for transit time, delays, and final delivery lies with the shipping carrier. We fulfill orders Monday–Friday and drop off orders to the carrier at the end of the day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. We are moving promptly to process your orders so please expect up to 24 hours to receive your order’s tracking information.
Priority Shipping (Tracked)
All orders are fulfilled using a premium USPS/UPS priority service with tracking. This shipping method is an expedited domestic shipping option and orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Offers more consistent tracking and delivery timelines.
Transit times are estimates and begin once the package is in possession of the carrier. Delivery days only count business days and can be expected within the estimated window. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
Free on purchases over $250. Package protection against loss or damage during carrier transit is available as an optional add-on at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Refund & Return Policy
At Synthesis Peptides, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While all products are intended for research use only and are subject to strict quality control, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and resolution policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible within reason.
1. General Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Synthesis Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage post-delivery).
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:
- Email us with your order number.
- Attach a clear video of the product(s) in question in your email.
- Open a lost or damaged package claim through the carrier (USPS/UPS). If you added package protection at checkout, this will ensure your product is protected in these rare circumstances.
- For any other questions, email us at support@synthesispeptides.io.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment (no additional cost)
- A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)
- A store credit for future use
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us directly at support@synthesispeptides.io. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
4. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is lost or damaged, and you added package protection at checkout, please open a claim first with the carrier’s claims department and then contact us at support@synthesispeptides.io.
Once a package is shipped, the shipper cannot alter the transit route or destination. If the shipping address is being sent to an incorrect or undesired location, the receiver should use the carrier’s change delivery method to change delivery locations or drop-off times.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may attempt reshipment (free of charge) or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.
We strive to bring your research products to you swiftly, but we understand packages in transit can experience the unexpected. If this happens, please contact us at support@synthesispeptides.io and we will work with you to ensure you receive your order.
5. No Refunds for Misuse
We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage, or misapplication of research materials. Our products are for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
