Rewards Points Program — our Rewards Points program lets customers earn points for purchases, referrals, and other qualifying activity. Participation in the program is subject to the terms below, and by joining or participating you agree to this policy.

• Points are only awarded for completed, paid orders that are not refunded, reversed, or charged back.
• Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for real-world currency. They may only be redeemed for discounts, vouchers, or offers made available by Synthesis Peptides.
• Synthesis Peptides reserves the right to assign, modify, or limit redemption values at any time.
• Points cannot be transferred to another person or account, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied to taxes or shipping unless stated, and cannot be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly permitted. Points must be used only within the account that earned them.
• Discounts generated from points cannot be exchanged, refunded, reissued, or replaced.
• If an order tied to earned points is refunded, returned, charged back, or cancelled, the points earned from that transaction will be voided. If points from a fraudulent or disputed transaction have already been used, Synthesis Peptides reserves the right to deduct equivalent points, cancel rewards, or suspend accounts when abuse is suspected.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Synthesis Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including if we believe it violates our terms of sale or poses legal risk.

6. Shipping & Risk

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Synthesis Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Once a product leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the purchaser.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Synthesis Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges.
